I have not good experience with my travel agent "Kerala Expedition ROSE GROUP INTERNATIONAL TOURS TRAVELS" . today (23.03.2020) i have tried to give feedback on received mail but i shocked to see that my feedback was already submitted and that was also for incorrect information. My trip was for 9 Days & 8 Nights and the feedback was 5 Nights and 6 days. How this can happen that my feedback is submitted? who has submitted the feedback? I want to ask "Travel Triangle" that wrongly feedback's are submitted behalf of actually who has travelled. Accordingly Travel agent having good reviews only. but I have the actual review as below, 1. Let me correct that my Trip was from 17.02.2020 To 25.02.2020 (9 Days & 8 Nights) for Kerala from Travel agent "Kerala Expedition ROSE GROUP INTERNATIONAL TOURS TRAVELS". Please find attached invoice. 2. Mr. Himanshu was my trip planner from Kerala Expedition and i can say he is good person according to my interaction with him. Bad Experience: a) I have received driver details on 17.02.2020 appx. @ 2-3 PM after calling many times to Trip agent. I think it should be given before 24 hrs. of trip starting but the same is received on my trip day. b) Driver "Vinith" had picked up on 18.02.2020 from kochi and i shocked when he told me that he has no money to fill fuel in Car. so asked me to give Rs. 2000 and he will return very next day. So i thought that i should ask my travel agent but then after i haven't asked and paid Rs. 2000 for fuel. Then every time i have to told him that he has to pay Rs. 2000 back to me. c) Very bad experience at every hotel at the time of lunch, As i have 2 title kids so lunch takes tittle more time for us but Driver finish lunch and stay outside without paying money and he say to hotel that his lunch was included and i have to pay for him. 1st time i have paid but this man is not stopping every time he is doing the same thing so i told him to pay for his lunch it is not included in package. I can pay if the person is good but this guy is too much. I have never seen this type of driver before this. d) Very bad experience at Kovalam hotel, when i was came to reception for checkout on 23.02.2020 the reception guy told me that you have to wait as payment was not made by my travel agent. I was very angry and i have asked ms. Bindhu so she told that it is pending due to some misunderstanding. That day was sunday and they have taken total 1:30 Hrs for payment and i have to wait at reception with my family for that time. Very poor management by travel agent. e) I am very much disappointed by Travel agent "Kerala Expedition ROSE GROUP INTERNATIONAL TOURS TRAVELS" as they have provided very worst driver and very small and bed room at Hotel sara at kochi and very angry for kovalam payment issue. So i will never choose this travel agent for my future trips. Good Experience: i) Pine Tree Hotel, Munnar Manager Kumar is a good guy he has done good arrangement for my family. As due to some work in my room ceiling was damaged so he shifted to other nearby hotel and completed the work on priority and we have checked in next day in that hotel. ii) Mr. Ramesh (House Boat at Alleppy) is also good person he was waiting from morning as we have day cruise but we reached too late due to payment issue from trip agent at kovalam hotel. We reached appx. 3 PM at alleppy but suddenly we have to go hospital as my child having stomach pain and he was crying so Mr. Ramesh has help a lot to go to the hospital and we waited till 4 PM when we came back from hosptal.

The guide cum Cab allocated was very supportive ensuring we visit all the major sights while still having time to relax and explore at our own pace.

For rest amount to pay no communication by Alan & message sent for paying when I was in flight. After landed to Trivandrum and on-boarded in taxi, You welcome me in Kerala like you and your system like terrorist group and rush to all payment in minutes otherwise taxi will be parked on highway and will not move till the payment. It was a pathetical behavior I ever seen from professionals.

Best Memories of the Trip The Houseboat Experience: Cruising for a full day on the Kerala backwaters was incredible. We enjoyed the ride immensely, and the larger bed accommodated our family of four perfectly. Chef Bino's Cooking: The food on the houseboat was an absolute highlight! Chef Bino was fantastic and truly made our day by cooking awesome, high-quality meals for us. Cliffside Views in Varkala: We enjoyed a lot of our time in Varkala, especially staying at the Wood House Beach Resort right on the cliff side. The views and the atmosphere there were unforgettable.
